Making half flexible solar PV panel
We have some equipment to help the customer to make half flexible solar PV panel from solar cell.
1:Laser scribing machine to cut the whole size solar cell to small size solar cell
(1） auto laser scribe and auto split machine
for laser scribing and splitting the whole size 182 or 210 solar cell to (1/2,1/3,1/4) X 182 or 210 solar cell with different moulds.
(2) auto laser scribing machine
for auto laser scribing all kinds solar cell, but with manual splitting.
2: Special auto solar cell tabber and stringer
for tabbing and stringing the laser cut solar cell to solar cell strings for making the half flexible solar PV panel.
3: Manual laying and roughly checking station
4: Special solar PV module laminator or curving oven
for laminating or curving the solar PV module
5: Laser cutting machine
for getting the holes to be brought manually.
6: SUN simulator
for testing and sorting the laminated solar PV module
7: Other assist equipment
