Glass Washing Machine Model:BXCG-1200M

Product Elucidation:

Introduction:
This machine is used to clean and dry solar glass. It adopts horizontal transmission with 2 sections clearing, 8 pairs brush roller cleaning and 6 pairs sponge rollers absorb water; and drying system consists of two group independent oven and fan. This machine has a loading zone, pre spray, washing and drying zone inspection zone.
Benefits:
1. Transmission for the bevel gear transmission stepless speed regulation.
2. Pre spray area, high pressure spray, independent water tank and a water pump, when working the transmission rollers are soaked in water, avoid solid particles sticking on the surface of glass under scratch in cots on glass, and use the high pressure spray remove the particles on the surface of the glass!
3. Two section cleaning. First section cleaning consists of three pairs brush rollers and one pairs sponge rollers ,one hopper and independent water tank and water pump. Second section cleaning system consists of three pairs brush rollers and five pairs sponge rollers, one hopper and independent water tank and water pump.
4. Three water tank all have the filter to ensure the circulate water normal running; the last water tank has the automatic water supply function.
5.Drying system consists of two group independent heating wires and fan, control separately.
6. Output zone has the light and dark inspection area.
7. All transmission rubber roller, brush roller and sponge roller bearings are stainless steel bearings.
8. The whole machine meets the requirements of CE.
