Introduction |
BXZK-500B is an automatic solar module framing machine, The machine is used for assembly aluminum frame for solar PV module. The machine is special for aluminum frames with glue holding groove. The silicon glue on glass side will hardly overflow while on the back sheet side will overflow evenly along the edge of the frames. Second gluing compensation is not necessary. The aluminum frames is connected by corner key with interference fit method. The corner keys are installed into the long frames and been riveted together. The two ends of short frames have been forced into surface cavity in advance. The glass surface down. |

Working Process |
The aluminum frames have been coated with silica gel or the solar module has been round with Roman adhesive tape (Preparation in advance)→The conveyor belt bear the solar module from the storage area → solar module is positioned to the framing working central position, descended to the working position and absorbed by negative pressure, level correction automatically, → Put the long and short aluminum frames on the pushing boards of the framing machine respectively → The long and short aluminum frames are positioned and pushed with the solar module together → The long and short pushing boards exit together →The negative pressure adsorption to the solar module is removed→ The solar module is lift and conveyed to the next step by the conveyor belt. |
